Monzo is irreplaceable

Monzo is an industry icon both in their marketing, their service and their products. There is no replacing Monzo in my financial life for general day to day current accounts or savings and debt facilities. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

Making Monzo my main account was the best move

I've banked with Monzo for years. Their extra paid for offerings are competitive but I think the free experience is stellar. The app makes money management very simple and saving pots are a breeze especially paying out of them directly. When I've had issues their customer service has been rapid and fixed things quickly. I have been using Monzo for 6 years now and absolutely love it. It makes it so easy to split money into pots, pay for your bills directly from pots and send money to people. I have recently combined all my banking accounts into Monzo and use my Monzo for the full overview. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

Visibility and control over my money

Monzo gives visibility into where I spend my money, it helps me spend less and keep better control of where costs are changing. I have found it incredibly useful for both my personal account and also as a joint account, and would highly recommend it. Monzo is great!

Monzo is so easy to use, and to automate good financial habits. I love being able to round up my spending into a savings account and split my money into pots to help me budget through the month. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

I think Monzo are exemplary.

I think Monzo are exemplary. I use them for both my personal and business current accounts and the app is so easy to use. I never need to contact customer services as everything does just work as it should! I have heard negative things about their customer services but the 1 time I had to use it, they were quick and proactive to sort my issue. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025
