Innovative, helpful, flexible and socially responsible

Monzo was the bank of choice when I came to UK. I had a job, was living in an Airbnb but no bank would have me without a fixed abode. No landlord would have me without payslips. My job could not pay me without a bank account. It was a catch 22 until I heard about Monzo. 5+ years later I have a great career, stable finances and I'm settled in the country, all thanks to Monzon's help and flexibility. Oh and they care about social impact too, which I know because I was part of a panel of theirs to brainstorm together on how to help customers in domestic abuse situations. Probably the best banking app i've used.

4 years of ok with a bank

I am using monzo for the last 4 years and I love the fact that I can handle my money my self. With the pots, i am able to forecast and anticipate. I have subscribed a month ago to the credit card and it is super easy to use amd to follow up. Reviewed on: 17th April 2024

Monzo has become an essential part of my life

I've been a Monzo customer for 5 years now and it has become an essential part of my life. From sorting my salary into pots, to the Flex credit card, to checking my credit score and even investing, it offers everything I want from a bank. I recommend it to everyone I know, both for how easy it is to use and also how more people I know being on it enhances my experience through being able to split purchases or meals out easily. Whenever I've had a problem with my account I've been able to use their in-app support chat to resolve it very quickly and their software updates only continue to make the experience better. Monzo is convenient

Monzo is not a complex banking facility it is convenient and easy to use. I usually send money internationally and it arrives quick to the international accounts. I have referred a friend to it before and she loves it just as much Reviewed on: 16th April 2024
