Gives hope among all the British personal banking

Monzo is a breath of fresh air among all the old, stiff barely useful banking apps, providing so much flexibility without necessity of contacting anyone, furthermore going to an actual branch. Credit score updates, cashback, requesting money from friends and finding them by phone number, flex loans — incredibly handy. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Amazing!

Amazing! Life has been easier since I switched to monzo, everyone should have an account and use it to as their daily bank because it’s so helpful and I’m now just writting more and more because of the dumb review amount needed Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Easy and intuitive mobile app to use.

Easy and intuitive mobile app to use. Unlike how easily I can transfer money between pots and the accessibility options offered by the savings pots. The adjustable overdraft has also been a great asset. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

User Friendly

The banking app is so easy to use and top up. I especially love that you can instantly split a cost with someone at the click of a button and think the 'Shared tab' function is genius for people who live with someone but don't have a joint account. The initial thing that made me try Monzo was the free uses abroad but there's so much more to it. I recommend it to everyone! Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Incredible and fast response to fraud incident

I had money taken from my account which I discovered immediately through Monzo alerts. I was on a long car journey at 6pm on a Friday evening when this happened. I contacted Monzo through their app and they were able to resolve most of the issue within a couple of hours. Incredible customer service and hugely reassuring. I recommend them to everyone.
