Monzo has become an essential part of my life

I've been a Monzo customer for 5 years now and it has become an essential part of my life. From sorting my salary into pots, to the Flex credit card, to checking my credit score and even investing, it offers everything I want from a bank. I recommend it to everyone I know, both for how easy it is to use and also how more people I know being on it enhances my experience through being able to split purchases or meals out easily. Whenever I've had a problem with my account I've been able to use their in-app support chat to resolve it very quickly and their software updates only continue to make the experience better. Monzo is not a complex banking facility it is convenient and easy to use. I usually send money internationally and it arrives quick to the international accounts. I have referred a friend to it before and she loves it just as much Reviewed on: 16th April 2024
