I love Monzo

I love the ability to easily start a conversation with someone via the chat if I have a question, especially because everyone is super friendly and uses simple language! I’ve recently upgraded my Monzo account and wish I’d done it sooner, it gives me great visibility of all my accounts including external accounts easily. And the pots are my most favourite part, saving for different things is more enjoyable and super easy. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

I love my Monzo current account

I love my Monzo current account - it’s simple, gives great analytics and makes it easy to track and save my money every month. It is the key to budgeting. The only downfall is that I couldn’t get a joint account with my partner. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Hands down the best bank.

Hands down the best bank. Efficient, responsive to customers, reliable and transparent. New features are carefully implemented and fully explained in a ways that’s easy to understands. The customer service comms is way better than any competitor or service. For example I just had to change my name on all accounts - monzo was by far quickest and easiest. Always been super easy from the get-go.

Always been super easy from the get-go. What drew me in was using the card abroad and not having any fines associated with it. It's been brilliant and from there I've set ups having pots for my first apartment, earning money on my savings and just asked my partner to set up a joint account on our first home.
