Perspective is key to banking happiness

I'm happy with Monzo. I did partially switch to Starling a year ago due to poor customer experience with Monzo and what I felt was a decreasing service for non premium members. But even with these negative changes, they still hold up well against Starling (and very well against high street banks). Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Monzo makes managing my money much less stressful

Monzo makes managing my money much less stressful. I have clarity over how much I'm spending, what I have left to spend, and what I'm saving too. The product is slick, and makes things easy. This year, I've started using their investment product and I'm so impressed at the transparency over my investments - plus I'm currently seeing good returns, which is a bonus! Completely obsessed with Monzo.

Completely obsessed with Monzo. Been banking with them for about 8 years and use it for literally everything. It's so easy to save money, transfer, open joint accounts and even invest in stocks and shares. No other bank comes close. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

I can easily say Monzo has been the best bank I've used. I have never been let down by the features, and love how empowered I feel with my money. I use Monzo as both my main account and household account. The joint account is fantastic for splitting bills and expenses as a couple. And especially if you're saving for big trips together.
