The app interface is easy to navigate, the help guides and chat resolves problems quickly and the variety of features to budget and save such as pots and categories are incredibly helpful. Very impressed with customer services

I had a problem with a purchase. Monzo blocked my card and I had a new one within 2 days and I had a refund within the hour. Very impressed with customer services. Reviewed on: 10th March 2024

Poor anti scam detection and handling

Account was locked for 3 days because of a legitimate transaction they thought was suspicious. Customer support were unable to help because it was 'another department'. Reviewed on: 10th March 2024
