Never had any issues with monzo.

Monzo is ahead of the game

I find Monzo is ahead of the game when it comes to challenger banks the ease of use/benefits around using your card abroad and the app are way ahead of traditional banks plus the customer service is always on point. Reviewed on: 25th February 2024

I love monzo!

I absolutely love monzo whenever I have problems with my card they’re always happy to help, I love how the monzo app is built makes everything easier for me to access also their in app chat so we don’t have to be waiting calling them up instead overall it’s very good.
