EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Monzo Bank's current account. I have been incredibly impressed with the level of service and support I have received from Monzo. The account is easy to use and navigate, and the mobile app is intuitive and user-friendly. I love the ability to manage my account on the go, and the instant notifications I receive for every transaction. The customer service is top-notch, and I have always been able to get the help I need in a timely manner. Budget friendly banking

I love that compared to my other banking apps, monzo notifies me every time I make a transaction so I can really clearly see what I’m spending. The budget section is super useful to see where I’m committed and where I need to cut corners. I do pay for monzo plus which I feel is fair, as I get a better savings rate from their pots. I also really like that it rounds up small change for me into a savings pot. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
