The app is user friendly.

The app is user friendly. This helped me to be on track with my finances. Also the customer service is outstanding. Getting paid early never disappoints as well. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024

I'm glad I switched

Account switch was really easy, when a DD didn't change over and I was charged monzo helped and refunded me straight away. The app is so easy to use simple but smart. The pots are really helpful also with budgeting and the insights are eye opening. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024

monzo it is easy to acc...

I do still rate Monzo, but app updates made it confusin

I used to love everything about monzo; the option for a bills pot, multiple savings pots, integration with a savings account, and the app as a whole. I highly recommended them to everyone! In the last year or so however the updates to the app seem to have made it move confusing and convoluted, especially with a individual current account and a joint current account.
