Christmas miracle

I’m with Monzo over 5 years, and in the end of 2023 before Christmas my money been stolen from bank account. But luckily I had positive experience and Monzo team helped me got my money back. They been working even on Christmas day, investigating my account. Want to tell big thank you to everyone who helped me. Although, I’m happy with bank, especially if I have to do international transfers, money arrives to abroad in seconds! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Inivative bank

Monzo is the most invative bank i have been with, major upgrade to the bank i was with previously, and in mu opinion much better security, and puts me at ease knowing where my money is going and where i am spending the most Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

good for travelling abroad and as an everyday account

Monzo is good, it drew me in as someone going travelling as I wanted a card with no foreign transaction fee and it still is good for that. I have both a current account and a savings account, which allows me to earn a decent interest on my savings, although the current account accrues no interest. I do find it slightly frustrating the amount of advertising for their premium accounts and investing but it's manageable as I do not use as my main account. One thing I'd definitely be wary of is the overdraft, as it actively encouraged me to sign up for one even though I didn't need one. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
