I have used Monzo for a few years now and not only do they keep delivering amazing features in their app their customer service is on point! Quick, helpful and friendly. Monzo are brilliant.

Monzo are brilliant. the UI of the app is very modern and easy to navigate, i’m glad i bank with Monzo! The perks plan is even better, i use my greggs treat every week like clock work and use my cinema ticket every month! it’s absolutely worth the £7 a month! I love Monzo!

I love Monzo! Always giving me tips and the customer service is incredible. If I ever have a problem or I’m having trouble with my money they’re happy to help. They also kind of review my account and tell me what I’m doing good at or what could be better. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Banking that’s made fun.

Monzo has provides great features and makes saving money seem fun. It allows you to create different pots, allowing you to save for different things. I also get a notification on what I have spent for that day, which allows me to be more cautious with my spending. The ‘year in monzo’ is also a great idea, giving me an insight as to what I have spent most of my money on. Monzo social media team is also great, it’s very informal and humorous. Monzo is different.

Monzo is different. Hardly any charges for overdraft, 100% transparency regarding balance and transactions. I send links to people to share. So happy with Monzo! I don't bank with anyone else. Even transferring my pensions over. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
