Monzo is so easy to use

Monzo is so easy to use (although new pots layout is a little odd) and customer service via the chat is always extremely helpful. I'm enjoying the good rate on the easy access savings account and love that I can withdraw and spend money so easily overseas. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

You can't go wrong

Easy customer support within the app using the chat function. Absolutely brilliant app, lovely design and very intuitive. Can see all my card details in the app. Easy to send money, especially to people with a Monzo account. I can round up my purchases into a savings pot. A big old thumbs up to you and your Bank!!

Since signing onto the Monzo train a little later than everyone else, I was really pleased to find that the hype is real! Everything I've encountered through Monzo - from the money pots, to the investment advice, to opening a savings account and seeing real time returns come through, I've not felt more seen, heard or looked after. Everything is so easy to find and look for if there are any questions you might have (banking can be super confusing am I right?!), it makes the whole experience so much more streamlined and stress-free. As and when I can, I'll be upgrading to a premium account to take advantage of all the add ons! Keep doing what you're doing guys, you're awesome! Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024
