Modern banking for the masses

Been a Monzo customer since 2014. Can’t think of a time that I have been let down. Still remember the joy from getting my golden ticket. Simple features at the time blew my mind. Real time balance updating immediately after transactions. Something my Barclays account never showed and the amount of time I went overdrawn due to not having real time view of my cash on hand (due to poor money management on my side). Monzo gave me control of my poor habits and has changed how I manage my finances. The new features are so simple and still create joy. A view on my mortgage data/dates so simple. I never thought I’d ever been a homeowner back in 2014. Thank you Monzo. Pots needs some work :p not convinced on the recent redesign but working in fintech I know it’s hard to create something that is intuitive and beautiful and showcasing the great products for all users to discover. Good customer service.

working on a drive through you see the coral a lottt

It was my first ever bank account i opened for myself so i was really happy i was able to have that freedom and have my own bank account that was mine, it’s easy to set up and i recommend it to my sister in law since she was looking for something in her age group, i don’t really like the coral colour but i think it stands out the most and when i see that colour i know it’s monzo which was actually what interested me the most was the colour as i worked in a drive through so i saw that colour a lot Reviewed on: 1st February 2024
