Monzo app UI and cs are simply great

I like using Monzo as their UI on their app is easy to navigate. I also get to see my balance and saving pots on the main page without having to click to different pages of the app. They also make sure to give my monthly statements and when I need help, they do get back to me. Monzo is a customer first bank.

Monzo is a customer first bank. They have created an app that’s easy to use, their customer service is great and they are always coming up with new ideas for financial services to offer their customers more and more. They now even offer cash back on current account purchases which is a great way to reward customers. I can do all my banking, savings and investment building with Monzo in one app which means I can be on top of my finances at all times. I recommend Monzo to all my friends and family.
