Since joining Monzo my experiences have been absolutely positive, a very simple UI and very straight to the point makes it easy to find everything you’re looking for. The savings potz are very beneficial for when saving or just to show you how much you can save when you put your mind too it. The QR feature to request money is a very simple one, especially when you’re working and need to send bank details this reduces that time. Easy and seamless experience

Easy and seamless experience. Monzo makes banking enjoyable, wether that is budgeting or splitting bills. Monzo has been my main and only account for over 5 years and I have never had a complaint. Monzo gives great savings rates

When I first started with Monzo it was very easy to contact the customer service team/agents. It has got a little more tricky as they have grown and user numbers have increased. They still solve any issues I raise and are always very well mannered and polite. Reviewed on: 19th January 2024
