Never had a bad experience with Monzo! The app is great, and the perks that they offer are amazing! It's also helped me save money during the 1p challenge which I've taken part in again this year Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Monzo gives me everything I need from my banking!

Monzo is great, the app is easy to navigate and I can have pots for savings all visible in the app. Customer service has been good so far, hard to speak to someone right away but thankfully I've not had anything urgent to discuss so far. Love that you get alerts on money in or out and the in app approval for purchases makes life so much easier than waiting for OTP's that take an age to come through with other providers. I switched to Monzo due to their environmental commitments after doing a carbon literacy course at work and they were one of the highest rated banks for their commitment to reducing carbon emissions. Fear not your finances with Monzo!

I love the layout of the app. I used to be afraid of finances and using the app I have been able to review my money, start saving (1p challenge was very fun!)
