honest review pro and con

Used Monzo for a few years , had a few hiccups at the start however sorted almost straight away. Continued to have a few issues with the early payment via bacs but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to complain again. Apart from that great service and the apps great. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Amazing service!

I love Monzo but the paid accounts need work.

I love Monzo especially the app and its design. However I do feel their paid plans are very poorly designed. They aren’t worth the cost as the products they apply is stuff other banks provide for free. This is something that needs to change for me to consider it being worth the cost.
