I think Monzo is the best for communication

I think Monzo is the best app I've ever used. Their customer service is above and beyond. I've had a merchant dispute and they have kept me up to date with how it is going. Monzo and the app are brilliant.

Monzo and the app are brilliant. Everything is in there that i need in a well presented view. I have access to my current account, can view my mortgage details (external providers) investments and savings all in one place. The chat and help features are brilliant. I don’t need to use it often but when I do I can tell Monzo pays attention to how it returns search results in the “help” section, any search I run has had the right result returned with no scrolling through multiple results required.
