Monzo has been a breath of fresh air

Monzo provide a quality banking service that seemed light years ahead of my old bank, which was antiquated and not easy to use. Monzo has been a breeze since and have a great variety of options: pots have allowed me to easily segment my money, and the instant access saver rates are amazing! Only thing I wish I could do was link other investment accounts like vanguard, but other than that its been great to be with Monzo Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Have loved Monzo for years

I have been using Monzo pretty much since they launched. It’s convenient, user friendly and extremely good for a free bank account. The recent addition of 4%+ easy access savings is brilliant. This is my go to every day spending card and I always take it abroad too. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Monzo is a brilliant, online banking experience.

Never had an issue with Monzo since joining late 2019. They have helped me greatly by providing me with loans when needed and their Flex feature - which is brilliant. I also love their new investment feature they have introduced this year, I have not heard of any other banks doing this! and my friends and family were particularly interested in that. On the occasional times I have had an issue - customer support are readily available, willing to help and so efficient. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Reasons why I love Monzo

I absolutely LOVE monzo, I would recommend it to anyone. I find it very aesthetically appealing and it is extremely easy to use. My favourite feature is the Shared Tab feature which allows you to split payments between different groups of friends or family. My friends and I use it when we go out for a meal or when we are abroad on holiday it’s so much easier to make sure no one owes money or is losing out on money. I also love that you can create different money pots I feel this feature allows me to save more as I can split my wages into different places. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
