Monzo is just brilliant.

Monzo is just brilliant. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Always love showing off my card wherever I can. The features they offer are inline with what I want from a bank (virtual cards, investments, cashback, flex card, insurance etc. The whole interface is just so easy and slick to use. If you worry that it is only an app based bank woth no physcial branches, ask yourself, when was the last time you ACTUALLY needed to visit a branch in person?.
