I have had a Monzo account since 2019

Slick and seamless but effective processes

Have been a Monzo customer for a good few years and it’s by far my best financial services provider. A small example but recently I have been processing my married name change and Monzo was by far the slickest and most efficient process. Some providers make this so difficult, and it’s something that must happen frequently, so operationally I feel Monzo have efficient systems nailed. Reviewed on: 12th January 2024

Absolutely Ace

Has really helped me get control of my debt and work my way into financial satisfaction now that I can budget accurately.
