Okay, but not great

I like the product, but NOT the management. Using account as bill paying tool, but always aware that Monzo can go funny and close my account with no reason. That's why keeping extra rent money aside, just in case. Not the best reputation about them so far from my environment people. I am happy to keep an account and use it, but it would be NO skin off my nose it it would get closed. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

I love Monzo

Great service and amazing app. I have the Monzo max and you get a lot of good benefits for a little price. Has saved me a lot of money on other things.
