Can't fault it

Fantastic current account, used to switch service from my previous bank which was swift and no issues, customer service is fantastic, very friendly and always sort any issues no problem. The flex option is a fantastic option for when in need. Finally the 4pm day before payday option is a lovely bonus for a Friday especially! Overall this is the best bank that I have used and couldn't recommend them more. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023

Simple banking

Been with Monzo sine 2017 and never had a single problem. Literally not 1. I've used it worldwide, from El Salvador to Edinburgh. Never been a victim of fraud, never had my details stolen. So on that basis alone I would rate it far higher than other banks. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023

Revolutionary bank

Monzo allows me to save money in ways not previously possible with traditional banks. Their pots, integrations with other apps and easy to app and interface set it miles apart from anything else. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023

Exceptional both home and away

I've had my Monzo current account for years and love all the money tracking features and round-up money box savings. Since getting Monzo it's been so much easier to visualise my spending and manage my outgoings. Whether in the UK or travelling round Europe, I can use my phone app the same, with no hiccups or difficulties or hoops to jump though. Monzo is the most convenient and efficient bank!

From 0 charges in international withdrawals to how easy it is to organise your finances within the app (saving receipt photos, adding notes, creating categories) to the quick and efficient customer service, Monzo is the best bank I've ever dealt with! Makes my life so much easier when traveling or managing my day to day! The customer service is their best selling point, as I've always had trouble with this with other entities. Great app / speed of transactions

Having moved to Monzo from Lloyds, it’s like a whole new world. The app is great, the pots help me budget, the tie in with transfer wise makes international payments simple and great value, getting paid a day early, the speed of transactions.
