A superhero bank

The products and services this bank offers does not compare to anything else out there. I have been a monzo customer for years and love every inch of them. Best bank experience in years, helped me saved money!

Monzo has been the best bank experience as they do everything they can to make you better with your money instead of just profiting from your money and asking you to kiss the ring in the process. Their pot system with rounding payments and paying bills from pots have allowed me to pay for our yearly holiday in France (using the rounding amount) and save money by putting aside money for all my bills, so what is left in my account is solely for day to day cashflow. Asking and giving money to friends or colleagues is a breeze and a very social experience (a few years back I even had a long exchange with a good friend, sending each other messages with £0.1) They have influenced many other banks trying to catch up with them. They are the Apple of the bank industry, setting trends and raising the bar of customer experience. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023

The only bank that cared

Moving to the UK during the pandemic was a challenging one. Unable to open an account meant my family and I were not able to rent, receive an income or transact any business. After a few weeks of failed attempts to register with traditional banks, a colleague recommended Monzo. The signup process was super easy that we were all setup in a matter of mins. Since then I have opened other accounts with traditional banks and have had time to compare. Looking back, it was a waste of time opening those other accounts, as Monzo provided much more features than the others. I love the pots feature so much! It makes budgeting a breeze! I also enjoy the benefit of Monzo Flex which makes having a credit card redundant. Thank you Monzo for making my move to the UK possible as you were there when no one else cared. Amazing, people centred bank

Have been with Monzo for 4.5 years and they are excellent! The app is so intuitive and useful to use. The pots are amazing for keeping track of my bills every month, and the transferring to other people is super easy! When we go for meals people say ‘can I just Monzo you?’ - no mention of any other bank. Cheers Monzo! Reviewed on: 13th April 2023
