Personal banking which is ACTUALLY easy to use

I've always loved Monzo's focus on being user friendly and feel they've forced the banking industry to catch up and simplify banking to the masses. As a premium account holder the perks and price are brilliant and I'll be banking with them for some time to come. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Best Banking APP

Absolutely love my Monzo account as the team are super helpful 24/7. Sending money to South Africa is really easy and low cost. I save money with the tips that they send me and different pots. I pay for a premium account but saves me the hassle of insurances when I am abroad and the benefits are fantastic. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Love Monzo

I use Monzo to keep my monthly spending money separate to my household bills and find it really easy to use and keep track of spending as I go through the month. Customer ervice has always been really good too and it's easy to split a bill with friends. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Easy, user-friendly & clear

App is so easy to use, they explain details of banking/interest rates in a really easy to understand way so you actually know what you are signing up for. Feels like you can really trust them. Also so nice to get instant notification of payments (especially when on holiday) - it's always up to date. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

All banks should be like Monzo

I love banking with Monzo I have no complaints. The only things I would change, but not big enough deals to me are the fact that I can't get home insurance through Monzo and the fact that I can't change the date of when my Monzo Premium payment comes out of my account Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
