Going potty for pots!

Initially I held a business bank account with Monzo, and then a few months ago I also applied for a personal account. I wish I'd done so sooner; this bank account is so user-friendly. Being able to set up pots for various payments makes life so much easier and I can now ensure enough money is set aside for direct debits at all times. I really like how the account data is displayed and switching between the personal and business account is super easy too. Great product which I can see myself doing most of my banking through. Modern banking

Banking with Monzo is truly a modern banking experience with brilliant UI and the ability to budget better through the use of their pots which is the strongest iteration of this idea against their contemporaries. Products like flex are the best way to source credit and their app is nicely designed with tools like trends to help manage money and budgets all with one provider. Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

Monzo is great, but it could do more

I've been with Monzo for a number of years now and the Customer Service is ok, but not outstanding. It's too confusing trying to use chat, you have to search for a topic then request help of you manage to spot the hyperlink. Monzo could do with making the chat button more visible I find it an inconvenience not being able to pay in cheques l, I have to use other banks for me to do thos, and I mean digital only banks not your main street ones I've had some issues that can't be answered, I can withdraw two lots of £200 but I could not withdraw £400 in one go and still to this day it's not been answered. I wanted to put a deposit down for a car and it was a massive inconvenience as I had to chat via the app only so I could not get served by phone I was thinking of moving banks Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

Constantly Working to Improve Themselves

I have been banking with Mozo for about 5 years now and I am constantly impressed with the new features that are being rolled out. Having recently had a fraudulent purchase made using my account, Monzo support were so quick with helping me that the money was back in my account within two hours and my replacement card arrived the following day.
