100% genuine customer oriented banking service with great service

Monzo offer an excellent current account. The banking app is really intuitive with lots of very useful features. They have properly considered what real people need from their banking service as part of day to day life. They are easy to reach, in a timely fashion and speak plain no-nonsense English. Practical when going abroad

Super modern bank

Literally never had any issues with Monzo whatsoever. It's easy to sign up for. I've never had to ring up for anything. Payments to friends are easy. Payments to businesses are as safe as with traditional banks. You get a lot more visualisation with your finances on Monzo than with any traditional bank. No extra foreign currency transaction fees.
