Impossible to contact customer support

Monzo starts out as a shiny app with a fun card, all works very well until something goes wrong and you need to talk to them. They've made it almost impossible to get through and cut costs to the point where it is very hard to get help. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Simplicity and efficiency

Got this on the advice of a mate. Best decision made. Monzo are simple to set up, to use and don't make it a drama. The app is pretty decent and is easy to navigate through. The best feature is the overseas transactions which have not failed me once. I travel a bit so this is great for anyone else. The set up doesn't involve and tedious paperwork which is always a plus.
