If you’re eligible for an overdraft, the first £50 is interest free. The FlexDirect account has to be managed online or over the phone, not at the branch.

Easy to use banking

Online banking is easy to use, now new payees can be set up on the app it’s even better. I like seeing all my account balances quickly in one place Reviewed on: 26th January 2020

Easy and High Interest

Opened a FlexDirect primarily to utilise the 5% on £2500 offer for new customers. It would be good to see better offers for existing customers however. Account opening was straightforward, initiated online and finalised in branch. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Great Value
