Pointless

It's just not helping in anyway , I'd get better results banging my head against a wall, who dreams these automated help assistants up and more importantly how much are they paid! Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Requires Natwest's processes to be perfect which they are not

The only time i've used it we got stuck in a loop because it was telling me to do things on the app when i couldn't even access the app because I didn't have some of the details - it would then tell me that there are only "certain ways due to security" that I can get those details but wouldn't tell me what those ways are - all in all very frustrating Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Access to my current account was stopped

Access to my current account was stopped twice within 6 weeks due to security concerns. Which meant I could not purchase food for the evening twice I had to go Hungary despite having a balance of 5 figures. I was stopped from cancelling a direct debit the day before it was due to be paid. Just instructed to talk to the person the Direct debit was paid to. No mention of the direct debit guarantee scheme.
