Stick to calling, far better.

I've attempted to use Cora each time I have a problem, it simply doesn't understand plain questions. E. G. How much will it cost to pay off my mortgage in full. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2024

Requires Natwest's processes to be perfect which they are not

The only time i've used it we got stuck in a loop because it was telling me to do things on the app when i couldn't even access the app because I didn't have some of the details - it would then tell me that there are only "certain ways due to security" that I can get those details but wouldn't tell me what those ways are - all in all very frustrating Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Access to my current account was stopped

Access to my current account was stopped twice within 6 weeks due to security concerns. Which meant I could not purchase food for the evening twice I had to go Hungary despite having a balance of 5 figures. I was stopped from cancelling a direct debit the day before it was due to be paid. Just instructed to talk to the person the Direct debit was paid to. No mention of the direct debit guarantee scheme. Nat West has supported my finances for longer than I can remember - I am 81 years old. Despite that I have sometimes been overdrawn they have never cut me off and they have always treated me with the same respect they give to wealthier customers. Significantly, the CORA Group is chaired by Sir Howard Davies, who repeatedly shows he is head and shoulders above other business men in dealing with the problems the UK is experiencing. When he says what could and should be happening, the British public listen to him. If only the UK was run by politicians who understand that success depends on their integrity because then we would trust them to sort out the problems with the police and the NHS. Barely works
