Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

The easiest online banking tool I've ever used

Wow, wow, wow! I had put off changing my address when I moved house as I was worried it would be complicated and I wouldn't know all my security details. As I was already securely logged in, Cora made everything so easy and straightforward. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

A glimpse into the future

Very impressed by the speed and accuracy in responses by Cora. Other similar AL platforms usually hit a dead end and revert for human interaction. Not Cora, it knew the webpage I was on, understood what I wanted to do (change addess) and actioned it for me in a matter of minutes after a brief exchange of messages.
