Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

doesn't understand references to the olb terms

1 - Cora doesn't seem to recognise names of features offered on NW olb pages,,, such as morning balance ,,,,,,,, 2 - Cora gave me some options to look at but they only stayed open for a couple of seconds then got obscured by the conversation(android tablet, Chrome browser) ,,,, 3 - Cora didn't offer any option human interaction e.g. a live assistant or phone numbers where I may get some help. ,,,, 4 - Cora wasn't very apologetic when she/he was, to my mind, repeatedly not coming up with useful answers. ,,,,, 5 - Could you link her to Google to search for possible search results? e.g. Cora didn't understand 'morning balance' but Google found this https://supportcentre.natwest.com/Searchable/913249092/What-is-a-low-balance-alert.htm ,,,, Cora could ask "are you having problems setting your alert? Please explain what's going wrong and we'll get a human to investigate or point you to a better instruction page" Reviewed on: 25th March 2021
