Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

You quickly forget Cora is a digital assistant

I've become accustomed to using Cora and have grown to appreciate it's usefulness. Every time I've been directed to use Cora, I now have confidence that there's a heightened chance that my query will be resolved. So far, 10/10! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Always been there

I have banked with the Natwest for 29 years since leaving univerisity to having bought my dream house in 2019 with my Natwest mortgage. I have always been supported, I have always had help when needed and have never been disappointed or let down in any way. My latest interaction was a zoom call to update me on all the best ways to ensure my money is looked after which was really useful. I am now starting a new business and will be approaching Natwest for a business start up account, and hopefully when we are making millions it will continue to be a good experience!
