As broken as the other state owned industries

NatWest's decline in the last decade has been almost total. It is in my view a mob organisation - holding people's money against their will and threatening harm against our loved ones if we try to resist. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Good automated chatbot service

Good Chat Service providing quick & accurate answers to customer queries 24/7. Saves time I would normally have to spend waiting on hold to speak to a person to get an answer to a simple straightforward question. Plus it's available any time of day or night. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Digital disaster

As an award-winning financial journalist I am computer literate and Internet savvy. Yet I find RBS digital banking increasingly frustrating. I am registered for Digital Banking but cannot find the link to use Cora so can do nothing more than the most basic transactions. In spite of the encouragement of RBS, I refuse to download the mobile app because of the know security risks of having financial apps on a mobile phone. If this review fails to appear I will raise questions about why not. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Pretty much garbage

I prefer people to answer my query. Cora is a very basic software that can only understand specifically constructed sentences. The answers she gives are mostly irrelevant. The cost cutting from this bank is excessive and none of those savings are passed on to the customer anyway. All this has actually done is alienated the bank further from the people you expect to trust you with our money. Sure in most cases it isn’t a lot but it shows that you do not care about your staff or customers at all. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Cora is easy to use and useful for those that use banking online. Simple and straight forward questions are useful and take less time than waiting on phone for an operative. Although, Cora cannot replace human intelligence with more complicated matters. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

How can you people say I can get a loan then when i call you put me in hold then hang up putting me back to queue..very very bad service..all I ask for is another loan for small money and I have never missed a payment of the one I gave currently. With 6 payments before its over Why be so wicked ...why ...and you sopose to be top bank..Well its fine I will sort me out because you have been NO HELP AT ALL ..
