Questions related to foreign countries are beyond Cora.

Cora is unable to provide straightforward answers to any questions relating to account holders moving abroad. For example: A) I am moving abroad, what do i need to do. B) I am relocating to France , can I keep my account? C) I am moving to France, how do I update my details - all give the same response about travelling abroad or random answers about payments . Worst service since I opened account in 1971

50 minute wait to speak to ISA team and CORA is incapable of answering simple questions . Phone back option ridiculous. The person who phoned back put me back in the queue with a longer advised waiting period which obviated the call back request. Reviewed on: 24th October 2025

Complete waste of time- very poor customer service made only worse by the useless "Cora" . All contact avenues seem to be pushing towards their banking app (i.e. 3 hour wait to talk to an agent) which if it is anything like their online presence I'd avoid like the plague. Cora cannot handle anything more than a very basic request. Anything meaningful - like I have not received something you say you have sent me - it fails completely. And I have never had any of my negative feedback responded to, which suggests that there is no human overview. bungling amateurish attempt at AI

Completely useless. Knows nothing, cannot answer the most basic questions.Gets fixated on the original request. When asking for a human there are responses like " we will respond in 220 hours, 6 hours, 4 hours... When I got a human they answered my query from scratch as soon as as I typed my question.
