Easy to use, excellent back up from the bank

Easy and simple to use. Information they provide is excellent and never had any issues. Provides insurance, car hire, holiday insurance etc. Would recommend to others. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Not all it says

Be careful as a lot of the so called benifits are not as expected. A hailstorm breaking a windscreen has left me £1000's out of pocket as it was not classed as a breakdown. Don't take offers at face value Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Generally a good service

A great service in terms of rewards, insurances and withdrawing money abroad. Saves us money. Dragon pass element totally useless and ads stress to holidays doesn't add value. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Service level appalling

They believe 1 phone call a year is great service, I made a complaint and have not heard anything from them in over 2 weeks. They are fast becoming a laughing stock. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023

Fantastic Mobile Banking App

What a great banking app, I cannot remember the last time I had to logon to online banking or go into a bank branch. For sometime now the app allows cheques to be paid in and with facial recognition to approve higher value payments everything that I need can be done on my mobile phone wherever I am or at whatever time.
