Not too shabby

Have been with NatWest since I was 16, so quite a while! Have always solved any problems I’ve had. Recently wanted to set up 2 junior Isa’s for my children, was very disappointed to find that natwest only offer a stocks and shares junior ISA and not a cash one. Nice app that isn't pushy

A lot of other banking apps are pushy about marketing their other services and it's annoying. Natwest's app feels more relaxed and like it is there as a service for you, not a marketing vehicle. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Horrendous automated compter response system

If the system does not understand your question it just asks the same question over and over again and you get stuck in a loop - frustrating is not the word! Reviewed on: 4th July 2023
