Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Basically Brilliant

I have held my basic bank account with NatWest for over 17 years and have never had any issues whatsoever with it. It was easy to set up and manage my money as it still is. The staff at my local branch are always very friendly and helpful and all queries and information requests are handled in a timely manner with no problems. I do like banking with NatWest firstly I use mobile banking everyday keeps me in touch with my everyday in and outs and check all my bills are being paid on time , and paying friends and family by transfers . Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
