Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Used the NatWest for over 20 years

Used the NatWest for over 20+ years. Majority of my banking is satisfactory but not when it comes to going on holiday. I always advise the bank of my travel dates and they still let me down by allowing payments on my card when I am not in the country. My card was scammed and they blocked my card without contacting me leaving me without money on holiday. I found it impossible to contact them on the phone and I didn’t have access to the internet. Good link to all accounts and easy to use

I have a saver link to my NatWest main account and the interest is good and options to add more money each month with rounds up. It’s easy to access and switch between accounts with NatWest and easy to transfer money back and forth if needed. Lots of info on the app and very informative. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
