The NatWest Reward Account allows you to earn rewards from direct debits and spending at NatWest’s partner retailers.

Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Making life easier

NatWest have made all my banking simple, allowing me to bring my account, mortgage, savings and my kids accounts into an easy and manageable system, especially with their app. Their in branch service offers me multiple ways to bank, minimising queues and making the whole process simple. Best bank all around

Always used as primary bank, the account is easy to manage and everything is readily available, from direct debit management to payments and bills. Rewards and cashback are also great and overall never had a bad experience. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

I’ve been with NatWest for over 50 years. Nuff said.

I’ve had an account with NatWest for over 50 years and wouldn’t dream of moving elsewhere. I get rewards for spending on things I would buy anyway, and it is SO easy to manage my money using their online banking. If I ever need to visit a branch, the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and treat me with respect, including making a big fuss of my dog! Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Happy,but!!

Having been a member since early 1950’s National Provincial ,I have been and still am very happy with the banking services I receive,But I am extremely disappointed at the loss of my local branch in Thame,depriving me of a convenient walk in Bank. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Good for cashback.

Reward Account gives you cashback for paying certain utility bills by Direct Debit. Also a linked credit card earns cashback on each transaction. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Gone back to Natwest Bank

I have been with other banks but have gone back to Natwest because there customer services when dealing with issues has been very good and I get rewards from utility services that are paid through my account. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Great service and app

Natwest have great UI on their mobile banking app, I find it really easy to use and navigate and their insights are quite helpful. Their rewards account is great for cashback on shopping plus also rewards for regular direct debits and the cashback is easy to withdraw to any account. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
