Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Good simple cash back credit card.

Good simple cash back credit card. Used this for many years. Can select when to claim the cash back so can let it build up before I claim it via the app. Easy to use. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

They really need to improve

The only reason there is a second star is because the man that resolved my issue was polite but I spent almost 2 hours in the bank! I believe strongly that their staff need to be trained. I applied for a switch (which I regretted doing) to Natwest. The post did not get to me till weeks after I moved out of my previous residence. I called the customer care to change the address and they told me that it was an easy fix- that I had to walk into a branch with my passport. On getting to the branch, they refused to see me because they were closing in 20 mins. The next day, I went to another branch, and the lady told me that she couldn't help me out as she wanted me to re-apply-- (like whoa!! be credit scored twice?? how insensitive!). I finally went back to the previous bank and they sorted me out (after two days- and 2 hours- because I needed more than my passport and nobody mentioned that to me). I'm aggrieved- just glad its over! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Great for rewards!

Really like this account, although it's not free, every month we earn cashback if we pay so many direct debits from our account. We can then have this paid into our account or can choose another method of payment, I think maybe a gift card, not sure as we always have the money Reviewed on: 1st January 2020

Great way to spread my credit card spending

Great Account

Paying £2 a month to get so much back on our direct debits is defintely worth it, it's nice to have a small extra pot of money aside for if we ever need it. Account was easy to set up and I find the mobile banking app very easy to use. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Fairly ok bank let down by customer service

The account was fine but I regularly had log-in problems for online banking. Customer service were not helpful so I ditched and switched. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

Free money - easy use

This bank account literally gives me free cash every month - the app means I can do pretty much everything I would ever need on my 'phone and (touch wood) I have never had a problem with the service. Can't ask for more! Reviewed on: 7th June 2019
