There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

Old fashioned values and customer service

NatWest, offers customer service second to none in the banking industry. Whilst modern banks are online only and you can’t speak to anyone. Best bank ever

Best account ever!

NatWest are so easy to deal with. The app makes life so easy even when I’ve forgotten my card I was able to access my money using the app and a cash machine. So easy to use to monitor my credit score and access my account. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023
