Staff at the building society responded quickly.

Staff at the building society responded quickly and helpfully throughout the entire process. We were working within strict time constraints on the purchase of a property and staff kept us fully informed of progress at all stages which took the pressure off from what can be a stressful experience when it is not something you do every day. Friendly, helpful and professional service.

My mortgage advisor Lauren Dearlive was both helpful and knowledgeable. She helped guide me to understand the current mortgage options that were available for me, she also passed me onto her colleague, Simon Dawson - Allen who was as equally helpful and efficient with explaining further options of help and support.
