Local and Friendly

Over many years, I have used the Newbury for savings as well as mortgages. Any personal interaction within branch or on the phone has always been a model of polite, helpful, genuine customer service. It's always a pleasure to deal with their staff, and I have no hedsitation in recommending them to anyone that values true service in a world of so-so retail banks. Reviewed on: 26th January 2021

NBS have managed my mortgages over 3 properties

NBS have managed my mortgages over 3 properties over the last 9 years or so. They have been competitive, easy to deal with and efficient in every instance! Along with this they have delivered on every action they had committed to me! They also have covered a multiple of different mortgage products over this time and not at any point in time have I had reason to complain! Friendly, efficient service

Great personal service

We’ve just ported our mortgage to our second property. Newbury BS again made it a straight forward and personal service - even during a global pandemic. Their advisors were always available to answer any queries quickly and offer reassurance where needed. We recently completed and today received our “New Home” hamper which was an unexpected but lovely gesture.
