Made buying my first house relatively easy!

All the people I dealt with sorting out my 1st ever mortgage were very helpful especially Lauren who I dealt with the most. Very quick at replying to messages and one of the easiest companies I've dealt with in a while to get through to on the phone. Good mortgage rate too. Reviewed on: 6th December 2024

We were difficult!

We were difficult customers in the eyes of a bank, so it was refreshing to find a company who were willing to listen and treat our case on an individual basis. We had returned to the UK having lived in Europe for 24 years and were nearing pension. They approved our mortgage and were are very happy. Reviewed on: 6th December 2024

I didn’t have any issues at all.

Excellent remortgage appointment with Luke Pummell

I had a remortgage appointment. Beforehand I was a little confused as to what the change would do and if it would impact negatively but I was reassured brilliantly by Luke Pummell. He was very clear, concise and make it clear in my head what my remortgage rate would be and the what the changes would mean for me. He gave excellent and informative advice and put me at ease. He was also very friendly and we had a good chat about the rugby happening that same day. He emailed me all the information and I am very satisfied with the service. Excellent all round!
