Refreshingly straightforward!

After several stressful experiences with my original lender and others it was a great relief to be told that NBS were able to provide me with an appropriate solution for my re-mortgage. Good product

Very good product for older borrowers ie over 70. Interest only Loan - 19 year term - 5 year fixed rate. Best product on the market for this age group. Reviewed on: 10th August 2019

Set Build Mortgage

Luke Pummell and his Newbury Building society team were simply outstanding. Clear, concise and conscientious communications throughout my dealings with them made a perceived difficult process easy and efficient. Highly focused on my needs, particularly deadlines to start the build, we’re met in well in advance advance where others said they couldn’t do it. When I had a legal issue Luke stepped in, reassured and proposed a new solicitor who resolved the matter quickly and efficiently.
