Outstanding service made re-mortgaging simple and stress free.

The Mortgage Adviser at the Abingdon branch was outstanding and very patient whilst we sorted out our requirements. All the staff dealt with were extremely helpful and very efficient which made the process of re-mortgaging simple and stress free. complicated assessment

with the Help of Lisa Wedge I achieved this but it was very long and now a year later just taking place. Not all delays were Newbury but Lisa was helpful, less so from the "assessor". Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

I received a call back from Eve McDowell (Mortgage Advisor - Wokingham) regarding the transfer of an existing mortgage. Very helpful and I got a better deal than I had before

The service given was professional, friendly and very helpful. The information I needed was presented clearly and I was very pleased to get a better rate on my mortgage by going direct to NBS and discussing in person was very helpful. Reviewed on: 19th November 2019

A friendly yet professional service

Great personal service

The thing that sets the Newbury apart from other lenders, in my opinion, is the personal service one receives. On the very rare occasions that you might want to call them the phone is answered directly by a human being who, generally puts you through directly a person who then helps you.
