Made a difficult process easy

They helped and supported me with a self-build project and believed in me and my project when others would not. The staff are all very polite and helpful and have provided fair and sensible flexibility around the product to suit my project - grateful for their help and I have a wonderful house now thanks to their support. Pleasant, helpful and considerate service

Our mortgage was due for renewal, we visited Newbury Building Society and discussed our options with a mortgage adviser. Within 20 minutes we had signed up for a new 3 year deal at a preferential reduced rate. What more could we ask for? Fabulous. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Difficult situation re mortgaging my truesteel framed home in which I have lived for more than 20 years.
