Excellent service as usual..

Renewing existing mortgage product,superb service as usual from Kate Rockall with a good outcome.Rapid admin and actions.My only complaint is your ridiculous secure message service,I have over the years only twice managed to access the message,this time took me 40 minutes they are so secure as to be totally useless-please make them useable! Glad to be getting away!

I had a Buy to let mortgage with the Society which was originally at a good rate; the Truss madness resulted in this increasing by almost 300% I appreciate that this was not the Society‘s fault but there was no help at all when I started the selling process (with the tenants moved out) and I had to weather months of £1100 per month expenditure. The icing on the cake was £3500 of early repayment charges. I am simply glad to be getting away from NBS! Reviewed on: 24th August 2024
