Excellent Mortgage Lender

Newbury's customer service was excellent throughout the process of getting our shared ownership property. Very quick response times. They even sent us a welcome pack which is an extremely nice touch! Reviewed on: 3rd August 2024

Excellent service throughout

We requested a meeting to discuss renewing our fixed term mortgage and this was arranged with Angela Bradshaw. We wanted to repay a lump sum off before we renewed and Angela advised when we could do this without penalty and also arranged a 2nd video call to advise us on the new offer and what this would mean in relation to new payments. Angela explained everything very clearly and ensured we understood what was involved. Transfer to new product was seamless and went through when expected. A very good service that we were delighted with from start to finish. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2024
